Mhalsapathi's house is situated in a narrow lane leading from the Chavadi to Tajim Khan's Darga. At the Darga, if one turns left and walks a few yards, the house is to the right in a narrow lane. Mahalsapathi was the Pujari of the Khandoba Mandir. He was a staunch devotee of Baba and spent most of his time with Him. He was fortunate to sleep in the Dwarakamai along with Baba and Tatya. Baba gave him Sadgathi on 6th Tuesday, Bhadrapad of 1922, and his Samadhi was made in his house itself. The following sacred articles were given by Baba to Mhalsapathi.

This house is a place of pilgrimage because of the sacred articles given by Baba and also Mhalsapathi's Samadhi. Mahalsapathi was really a true devotee of Baba and although he was really very poor he did not deviate from his spiritual path. He adhered to Baba's advice of not accepting money or gifts from anyone. His descendants have preserved and displayed these sacred articles very nicely and the devotees can have darshan of the same.

Dear readers,can you guess this person in the picture above.None of you must have seen him. He is none other than the son of Sai devotee Shri Mhalsapati ji.And he is also the kid that you see in the above picture in Sai baba's lap. His name is Sai devotee Late Shri Martand Mhalaspati Nagre ji. He is the lucky kid who had the pleasure of being so close to Saibaba.The below picture in black and white is of Late Shri Martand Mhalsapti Nagre ji.Shri Martand in his old age.
The 2 below pictures are of Shri Manohar Martand Nagre who is the grandson of Sai devotee Late Shri Mhalsapati. He is the poojari at the Khandoba temple .He also runs a lodge in the name of "Aao Sai Lodge"

Shri Deepak ji is a true Sai bhakt and you will find him in Khandoba mandir most of the time. He is a very simple and down to earth person ,and is always prepared to help the poor and the needy. It is due to his humble deeds that Sai devotees all over India are able to have darshan of Sai Padukas.

Shri Deepak ji is building an Ashram in Wavi which is about 30 kilometers from Shirdi for the poor, sick and the needy. Very soon, He will be opening a Dispensary with experienced Doctors for poor villagers along with a Health Check camp for them and a school for the benefit of the children .
This will be done thrugh the spiritual & charitable trust under the name of Shri. Martand - Mhalsapati Maharaj trust, Shirdi which has been formed at Shirdi (E-234-A'nagar) by late Martand Bhagat. Martand Mhalsapati Nagare (Bhagat) You can also be a part of this noble deed by helping this trust .
