Sai Vachan:The Absolute Truth.

While watching some religious programme on TV, my mind strayed into a very different topic .I became nostalgic of the times my Nani(Grand Mother ) used to tell us bedtimes stories from Ramayana (may Sai bless her and give her good health )when we visited her .At that time, I never questioned the authenticity of those stories and took these stories as real.

Due to my upbringing in religious minded family, even when I grew up I never intended to question the veracity of these fables.

But while watching this tele serial, my mind wandered and started to question whether these stories were real or myth? As I understand according to the author of Ramayana or Mahabharata these were the epic and were to spread the philosophy of dharma, karma, moral values, culture and other good things that a human should do ,projecting virtuous wins and evil deeds does not go unpunished.

I never felt like reasoning or debating over the fact to know whether these were epics or real historical occurrences till that very moment. But I am sure that many a human mind has this never ending debate going on in their mind whether these are epic or true story including all the details of heaven-hell, different Gods which are mentioned!!!

But what to do of this inquisitive mind? Even I could not remain away for this, and my mind got divided. And I thought what can be an ideal explanation? If Mahabharata was fiction than Bhagavad-Gita told by Krishna to Arjun was a work of Vyasa? If I believe that Bhagvad gita is true than I am unable to think that Mahabharata was unreal ….

This confusion led me to do some research and I could not find any concrete answer. The more I dug the more I was confused and finally I thought why should I vex my mind so much ….As far as the values, morals and teaching are for good I need not worry on the issue of digging in the past history? And completely forgot about it.

One fine day while I was reading book on Shirdi Sai baba ,I came across one small story .The explanation and the words spoken by Baba gave rest to all my thoughts. I am sure all Sai devotees believe this that Baba never uttered anything false or farce. His words were impregnated with deep meaning .What he said was absolute truth.

Having full faith on my Baba I took his word as his dictum and I believed what He narrated.

I found it very important and interesting to share with Sai devotees ,who do not want to get in to arguments/ debate but with loving heart and pure faith wishes to read this story .I request readers this is a debatable topic hence not to discuss this with me as I do not intend to get into discussion or debate .Please read with your faith and devotion on Sai Maharaj.I am giving the fact for all and one.

After reading the incident of Sai Maharaja I personally believe that it is not a myth but a reality.
Once Shama asked Baba whether there really was “Trilok”.In his characteristic way He said,”Deva, is there a Brahma lok, Vishnu Lok and Shiv Lok re?”Baba replied in the affirmative .

Shama immediately said,”Aree Deva why don’t you show it to me?” Baba explained to him that all the wealth and opulence that the Gods had though it was full of grandeur was very small for them .And that, this kind of wealth was not for them .He said,”Yahek ishwarya pramane hey Devache Aishwarya hey tooch aah hey “. Shama however insisted on seeing it .Than Baba asked him to close his eyes and than open them.

And Lo! Shama could see Brahma Lok, He saw the most beautiful, ornate diamond studded throne on which Brahma was sitting, and He was holding court with his minstrels .They too were sitting on beautiful golden chairs studded with gems. There was so much of gold and gems that it was indescribable.

Baba said,”Shama this is Satya Lok ,and this is Brahma Dev “.Baba than asked him to open and close his eyes again and he showed him Vaikunth Lok.

Lastly he showed him Kailsah Lok .Each time he saw one of the Loks,Baba explained to him what he was seeing and who the presiding deity was .

Shama was overwhelmed by what he saw .He was slightly frightened and at the same time joyful to see the abundance of wealth and opulence .Again Baba emphasized ,” Shama all this is not for us, our goal is quite unusual “.Shama could see all this because Baba gave him Divya Drishti (Cosmic Vision).Like Shri Krishna gave Arjuna ‘Divya Drishti ‘so he could see him as God and not as his friend.

How fortunate was Shama who not only got company of Shri Sai but also shared beautiful moments and treasure of information directly through Baba.I wish and pray to Sai to bless us to be worthy of His grace ,we may not be as par to Shama or anyone of those times who were with Baba!!! But myself I wish to be a tiny sand particle at HIS holyfeet ,a small drop ready to merge in the vast gracious ocean My Sai.
